Rec Design is a strategic design and communication agency with substantial project experience. For over 20 years, we have applied our expertise in design and creative communication to a range of projects for organizations who make a difference in the world.
At Rec Design we believe that good communication design can lead to a deeper understanding of the world and help to engage people to drive positive change across the globe. Our team has extensive creative management experience and works with some of the top minds in the field to ensure that all our projects achieve their goals.
Rec Design’s workforce is composed 100% of women and transgender people who take a proactive, flexible, and understanding approach. We are always looking for the best design solutions and we are accustomed to dealing with tight deadlines. The office is based in Brazil (GMT-3) and Portugal (GMT).
At Rec Design our team is committed to the values of respect, equality, challenge, learning, justice, openness, quality, and creativity. Rec Design has been in the field since 1999 and has successfully provided design projects to some of the most important organizations worldwide, such as UN Women, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNFPA, UNDP, UNITAR, WHO, International Amnesty, Promundo and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, among others.
The agency understands the complexity of designing and communicating to a diversified public in several different fields, including human rights, racial issues, women’s rights, education, advocacy, world health, childhood, environment and popular cultures.
Rec Design has developed creative projects to engage people to look and think about the most important humanitarian issues of the 21st century. Some of these projects can be seen in the portfolio file attached to this proposal.
