Rec Design was responsible for the visual identity and layout of Mudar o Mundo é a Nova Alfabetização, a book by Ashoka that highlights the transformative journeys of young changemakers in Brazil. Our design approach focused on creating a visually engaging and accessible experience through bold typography, a structured yet dynamic layout, and a thoughtful color palette that balances vibrancy with readability. Custom illustrations and carefully placed imagery complement the narratives, enhancing storytelling while maintaining a cohesive and inspiring aesthetic.  ​​​​​​
The design seamlessly reflects the energy and impact of the featured youth, ensuring that each story stands out while contributing to a unified visual identity. By integrating modern typography, varied text alignments, and spacious layouts, we crafted a publication that is both compelling and easy to navigate. This project successfully translates Ashoka’s mission into an immersive and inspiring reading experience, empowering new generations to see themselves as changemakers.
